What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express. We do not accept PayPal payments at this time.

Will my personal information be safe?
Yes, you can be confident that your personal information will be secure. Your payment is processed on a secure server that employs an industry-standard SSL encryption technology.

Do you charge sales tax?
Sales Tax will be charged for all items shipped within the state of California.

What shipping methods do you use?
Most orders are shipped in a US Postal Service $6.50 flat rate box We can ship up to 4 or five pairs in this box, depending on the size of the glasses.

When will my order arrive?
Please allow 2-3 business days for your item to be processed and ready for shipment. Please add additional time for shipping.

Orders are shipped Monday through Thursday (excluding holidays). When your order has been processed and shipped you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. The standard shipping time through either UPS or USPS is approximately 4-7 business days.

Out of Stock Items
Though we make every effort to maintain a fully-stocked inventory we occasionally may be temporarily out of stock on a particular style. If an item you order is out of stock we will notify you at the time of your order and let you know the approximate refill date.

What is your return policy?
In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your item/s, you may return your purchase within 10 days from the date you received your order. All sales are final after 10 days with no exceptions. For retail sales, your credit card will be refunded the amount of your purchase less shipping charges.

When will my return be processed?
Returns will be processed within 3-5 business days of the date we receive your item/s. A notification email will be sent to the email address on file at the time your refund is processed.
